New study

Enter name for sample
Choose solvent (CDCl3, DMSO, etc.)
Double click 'proton' in white box
Change to 'foreground'
Submit
Eject when screen says 'DONE'
Uncheck lock and spin
Close program and choose the green man at the top to logout.
Return to lab and clean NMR tube(s).
